My taste buds are worse than pig's. They literally can not tell good food from bad food to the point that thing that I felt ok can range from 2 to 4/5 stars in a food review.

Is there any way to train my taste buds?

Taste is subjective, what you like and what is good are different things.

you don't train your taste you understand what your taste is telling you.

Imagine
"My Reading taste is worse than pig's. They literally can not tell a good book from a bad book to the point that novels that I felt ok can range from 2 to 4/5 stars in a critical review.

Is there any way to train my understanding of what's a good book?"

Answer is no need, just enjoy what your tastebuds trick you brain to enjoy! I mean this is coming from someone who almost have an entire taste (sweet) become extremely terrible thing in their life

I like lattes. Coffee by itself tastes awful to me, but lattes are a favorite treat. I drink them, even when I know I won't sleep the night after that. Don't let me get started on what I did to the poor cappuccino I got my hands on for just 1 Euro. K.O., didn't even wait for it to cool down.

The thing is, you like what you like. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you like ketchup on pasta, eat your ketchup with the pasta. If you like pineapple on pizza, eat your pineapple with the pizza.

The important thing is not to starve to death. That is the only thing food should be used for.
