Not sure what you mean by moving to main page? If it's about publishing, you have a chapter status on the top of the editing page. You can change status from draft to published or set the date to publish there.

When you publish a chapter, it will automatically show up on the main page until it is pushed out by other releases.

If you publish a chapter but then turn it back into a draft, it will, however, not show up the next time you publish it. So you only have one chance to appear on the main page with a chapter. Also, to be seen there, a little time may have to pass; it is not always instantaneous.

Go to your edit tab, change the status from draft to published
