How do you post a new series?

Just started using Scribble hub as a way of writing, and I am slightly confused about two things.

First- How do I upload a new series? Because I published a chapter but it isn't appearing and I have tried refreshing to see what's happening.
Second- How do I get readers to click like do i adverise or just what?

This is still very confusing for me so please tell me!

(1) Each new story needs to be approved first. You should see your story appear over the next hours.
(2) You can try and advertise, but the easiest way is to have your story as long as possible on the frontpage. You'll get a handful of readers from your time as "new series", afterwards it is mostly your chapter updates that let others see you, until your story is big enough for genre/tag lists or trending.

Overall, just keep posting your chapter and work hard to make it good, and readers will find their way to your story. Of course you can always advertise, but given it is a free webnovel, both the money and/or the work might be too much for the outcome...
