How do you do scene breaks?

I used either a horizontal line in the editor, or if I'm too lazy, I use "///".

I wish horizontal lines would be copy pasted over from my docs... adding them in every time is a pain... ?

In books, I think they insert a monogram - a small white picture with a black curl.
But I often insert words like "after a while..." - for the first person this is normal.
