Microsoft Powerpoint.

Seriously? I wasn't even aware of the fact that people thought of using Powerpoint that way.

If you go to the site I posted, go into the text-to-image section. You can use different styles, and then type out a prompt such as: Woman, Black Hair, Crimson Eyes, etc. Prompts should be separated by commas. The more specific the prompt the better the results you can get.
I did do that on another site before, to be honest, but that one went pretty much nowhere. I will probably still try out the link you've posted. Thank you for you guidance.
I mean, I'm just trying to get the picture of my protagonist for the cover that I have in mind, but the AI won't understand what I'm trying to say and I'm probably not getting any better at pointing out details either. Especially the 13 I want to be on her left shoulderblade is a true cataclysm. This is the closest I got to what I wanted.
And I'm not saying it's bad, it does look nice, but it's not what I needed.

You can ask @Tyranomaster. He knows way more about art generation than me, and he even has a thread covering it: https://forum.scribblehub.com/threads/ai-tips-and-tricks-thread.14227/

You'll have a real hard time with that one. Your best bet is to attempt image to image of where you want the number 13 tattooed. AI art is notoriously bad at numbers and words. Hopefully 13 is short enough not to be an issue.
