How do I put a link on an image in my signature?

I see a few people using this feature to post the cover arts of their stories and setting them up as links as well. Question is, how do you do this? I know how to set links into text, but not into images.

Lmao, yes they turn out really big. I like them small and banner format. (Too thin skinned to put in a 300x200 pic that will take a quarter of the screen orz)

I'm sure you can resize it. Just do it like how people normally resize it by dragging the one of circle button when you click them.
