How do I add an image from my PC to the text?

I tried to add it by the "Insert/edit image" button but I didn't understand how to use that function to add a pic from my PC. Sorry if it is simple, I'm not that skilled with such things. Could someone help me?

Upload the image to this thread or an image hosting service (Like so):

Then right click the image, click 'Copy Image Address' and then paste the URL into the bar that appears when you use the insert image button.

I don't know why you would come looking for memes in a serious question. Also, I don't know what the problem is with adding some AI images to the story when I'm not a rich, spoiled American baby boy who can afford to pay artists on the web for "real" art.

No, I should be apologizing. Your question is legitimate, and while RepresentingDespair did answer your question effectively, I’m personally disappointed by their use of AI slop.

Your uploads are quite good, though the first one drops a little too hard into the uncanny valley for me. It must be the dude’s hand that gives me a “perspective error” and causing my brain to go “WTF?”
