Bugs Hold Off on Adding Book Covers

Imagine a site with many bugs...

1 bug affects 1000 people
1 bug affects 100 people
1 bug effects 3-4 people

etc...

Everyone is important, right? Which bugs do you choose to fix from that list? Bugs don't get fixed in minute lol.

I'm annoyed because the bot gives no feedback. I've tried in vain to ad covers to my story. Nothing happens. No notification saying it had been rejected. Just....nothing. It sits in limbo and nothing happens.

I've tried to add a dozen different covers to my story over the last month. None of them work, some of them "racy" and some of them just plain pictures. Nothing works. I've deleted the story and re-added it. Still no cover. I even created 4 copies of the story with a different cover each hoping one would get through. Nothing. Weeks later and they don't get published.

If this is only affecting 3-4 users......can't you just manually add a cover please? Would that be possible?

This is the last one I submitted and for the LIFE of me I don't know why your bot rejected it. Can you just add it for me please?

We don't even get a message that it's been rejected.
Maybe if we understood exactly what the bot searches for and how it does its search it might help.
but, @Tony vanished from Discord without every answering or responding.

Update: Final word from @Tony pretty much is he doesn't know what the issue is, it's probably not going to be fixed any time soon, and if you're not happy with it, he suggests you go someplace else. That's what he told me on Discord just now. (or...try another cover and see what happens) But no, his attitude is pretty much that. I tried to be reasonable and kind, even offered to help as i know a lot of programmers and such, but there's just no talking to him.

Sorry, I wish I had better news.

Spamming him all the time won't hasten things, but can delay them more.

Um, okay, well whatever. I don't think I was spamming at all.
For the record, if I don't get an answer, I keep asking until I GET one.
I'm not like you, and others, who wish to just let things be and hope for the best.
