Hello, as the title says I am hiring an editor for my story.

Things you would need to do;

1: Reword paragraphs to make them flow better
2: Find and fix misspelled words
3: Feedback - Just let me know how you feel about the chapter. Doesn't need to be positive, can be negative as I am trying to improve so any would be nice.

I'm not sure what the rates of editors are, but I am paying per 1000 words. How much can be discussed between both of us.

There will be a chapter for you to edit as a test, so I can see how you will edit my work before I pick someone. There are two projects I am working on, one is already being posted here on WN while the other one is being written as of now.

Are you aiming for a professional or something else? You might be able to resolve most of your problems yourself with grammarly or prowritingaid. Which is what many usually do before submitting it to an editor.

And note that editors usually have a portfolio that you can review to see if they suit your needs.

I got the time since im in my second lockdown. just lemme see the chapter I'm to use as a test and tell me how long I'm expected to work... or how many chapters I'm expected to get done and we're good. it'd be great if i could edit stockpiled chapters so i can get them done quick

I am currently working as an Editor for Lust Knight, you can check the quality difference between Ch 1 (Edited version published) and Ch 30 or ask personally for feedback from @LamenThief . If you want we can talk privately because my rates vary quite a bit based on minimum throughput and publishing schedule (tighter deadlines and fixed delivery dates for example). PM me with the chapter link you want edited as a test and I will try to do it as soon as possible, but keep in mind mondays and tuesdays are quite packed for me.
