i try to make table but i dont how

Pretty easy really.

Create a table button (looks like a grid next to the font color)-> type text into table > while still in table, click the create table button again and go to table properties -> set border to 1, then -> go to advanced and set border color to white and set background color to blue -> then change the text color to white.

Once you have one table, just copy and paste it to save time.
