As I was drinking coffee, I noticed I've been picking up my cup was rather masculine, and I only saw it in middle aged man, which intrigued me... What made this so masculine and why did I personally associated it with that when I don't even know if women even hold it like this?

So now, as I am writing my novel about a woman who's an enigma, I wanna describe her doing this pose. But I'm having trouble trying to articulate my wordings.

The point of this pose is to have your index finger 1/5 covering the opening of the cup to hold the spoon in the place then, then your thumb would be on the bottom half of the glass (depending on length, of course) to leave a space for your chin to come in right there above that thumb.
That's the best I could do, but I'm squinting and I don't think that's going to leave the readers any good image

Can you guys help me fill in your take on how to best describe this?

To start with...

"I noticed something about the way Hoa held her glass of coffee, she..."

I don't know. Maybe-nya

"She held the glass by placing her index finger on the rim, her thumb at the bottom, and loosely curling her other fingers to the side."

Did you deliberately used sexually-provoking words or am I too sensitive and trippin?

As someone who found himself in the similar situation of trying to describe a hand gesture:
breathes in deeply
You don't. This is where abstraction in writing comes into play. What you are attempting to achieve belongs in the realm of illustration. Don't do it.
It is meaningful for stories to immerse their audience into the world, but providing every significant metric of a motion akin to an instruction manual only detracts from the story, and there will be no end to the descriptions.

She casually cradled the glass in her hand. Her index finger rested upon the glass' lip, sandwiching the spoon's handle in between.
Or include a photo into your chapter.

I'm sure you already got what you were looking for, I just wanted to throw my hat into the ring lol. I hope you don't mind.
I made a few changes to your starter.

"I noticed something about the way Hoa held her glass of coffee, she..."

I noticed something.. something about the way Hoa held her glass of coffee. Although, it were probably her natural state, I could see the way she was in complete control of her glass; Firmly, yet loosely, cradling it over delicate fingers like a mother would their new born child, not wanting to fully grasp it in her mitts, but to caress it tenderly in the sway of her digits; And still, for one reason, or another, guarded by a single finger, subtle, but ever vigil as though leaving it unattended would surely be the cause of her demise, and casually waving it in an alluring motion that said, 'Come, talk with me.'

Very prose-y, thank you

May I ask why this is important to your story?

You could just as easily say, "She held the cup in a refined manner", that is, to illustrate a well-cultured woman, or elegant, or important somehow.

I don't understand why people need to describe poses at times - especially hands. *^^*

I'm tryna make a character as unpredictable/uncategorizable as possible (yes, redundant and overused trope but it's a fetish thing) so I want her to switch between seeming stupid, seeming masculine, seeming feminine, seeming basic, seeming refined, etc... This specific hand pose will be the only motion-focus thing I write... Hopefully, because the outline right now seems way too conversation and monologue-focused

So, the way she uses her hands is how your audience will know her current mannerisms and characteristics for a given scene, if I'm understanding. ?

I'd say, about 20% of what you mentioned and 80% with the intent to add in the confusion of the narrator, who is on a date with this woman and he's a kind of jerk-douchebag that categorize women so yeah, he notices details
