Preferably with recipes. I want to see what I can take from them and enrich my personal meal variety from them. No, I am not searching for a diet book because I won't be doing a diet. Just something with solid advice on how we can have more energy and feel better. Bonus points if it is translated into German.
Thank you for the help and I hope you have a lovely day!

Don't put books in your mouth.

But seriously, most of us here probably don't really get that kind of stuff.

AH. Simple.
Nothing goes in your mouth unless you know how many calories and write it down.
Every day, you total it up, and every week you total it up.

And that's it.

SELF-AWARENESS. The major problem with diet is we don't know what we are eating. Forcing yourself to read the label will change your diet as you go... Do I REALLY need to eat an entire X? No fancy plans. No strange gimmicks. Just write it down. Change nothing and keep track of it for a month.

BTW, I have yet to find anyone who can do it for a month on the first try. Everyone who has started this quits about week 2.

AFTER you know what you are eating for at least 2 months, THEN start making changes. If you don't have a baseline of what is normal for you, how can you ever change?

You're probably better off googling for this... Unless you like your meals genderbent and GL you likely won't find them on this site. :blob_hide:
This might be an ok start, a bit sciency though. There's a book section about halfway down.
