So, if you were to introduce a gynae doc in your novel that I know has least possibility of fitting into any, but still, how would you portray the scene or the conversation?

Let's not make it a 'good doc-patient relationship'. As a medical student I've seen not all, I repeat not all but how GOOD most of them are?

He shouts hello and makes the echo with his own voice as the woman is up on the table. "Sorry, but humor is the yeast of our worries here."

Something like this:

"Doctor, I've been getting sharp pains in my uterus again. Can you take a look and see what's wrong?"

One MRI later...

"Okay, Miss, I'm going to ask you a question and I want you to be completely honest when you answer..."

"Okay!"

"How long has that Human rib been lodged in your cervix?"

"Dunno. I woke up like this yesterday."

(In retrospect, I doubt a gynecologist is the right doctor in this scenario. But this scene is funny, so I'm keeping it.)

The gynecologist would say you have cancer and they need to do a leep and then you pass out from shock after you learn what it is. Or they say they need to do an endometrial biopsy and you find out that it’s normally done without anesthesia.
