Cithirii: fungoid ageless race stupid with limited intelligence and can store a minimal amount of memories they learned to use the power of other creatures' mind by parasitising them and puppeteering them but uponthe death of the host they lose most of their memories and have only the memories they deemed most important to them the revolution came from cloning technology where they can save cloned memories and create how many shells they want but repeated cloning of clone comes with degradation and mutations most of them suffer from self-destructive tendencies as death means just few lost memories and new shell they often experiment with mutating their shells often lowering its lifespan or killing them, limited in magic because low resistance to it, they can be easily poisoned and overwhelmed by magic (can do transmigrator that will slowly be losing his original memories) (biology and cybernetic)

Artificial spirit: one of 3 ascended races created by spirits from souls of other races before natural phenomena of nature born from elements and historic events. Now, a large amount of the population is artificially created, locked in war with other ascended races, and killing other races to increase their numbers. (reenactment of a historical event as an ability mostly of numerous deaths of souls used in their creation)

Anteri: A mad and fanatical race that rebelled against gods cursing their own race, becoming toxic to the gods and their faith now with highly developed technology and magic, immortality is easy undead, machine, digitalization, cursed creatures, ghosts, and magic that can prolong lifespan famous for their malice and evil ways against gods and all connected to them they look for any trace of aggression from believers of god and then throw them into prison or kill them, fanatics are purged on confirmation and wars are waged without pause against gods (the curse is something like weak eldritch reality warping)

How about Lamia or Arachne instead?

The last one sounds most interesting to me.

That said, if this post is an example of how you would write your story - for the love of God, use punctuation. Split up your sentences. Really, this is practically unreadable.

I feel like the first one could be very interesting when it archives to connects itself to a mushroom or plant because both are connected by roots, like mushroom networks can be as big as forest. Depending on how it functions mitosis could be an option to turn her into a clone army if she has the ability to communicate and remain post mitosis memories.

The trnsmigator aspects feels here somewhat counterproductive because it's easy to just explain that a newborn Cithirii absorbed the memories of some human, it would make the body horror better, furthermore it makes rather sense that a Cithirii can do so because it can already insert memories and such an ability could help the Cithirii outside a host as well, the best part though is that increases the horror by adding identity horror.

The last parasitic plant novels were rather echi and I at least would like one that is more about the horrors of parasites and continous existence.

That was what I had in mind. But I want to leave that memory problem because of that, I made them weak at magic, so they can't prolong the lifespan of their shells infinitely, since it would poison them. Mushroom network is good, but let's say that after some time, the information in the network falls into pieces and is hard to find. I really like the idea that the most adaptable and oldest race has a memory problem. And multiple psionic connected mushrooms are effectively solving their problem by creating a living memory storage somewhere in the basement.
