Good morning, everyone. I have to admit that I wrote a bit less than normal today. 4435 words, but I have no idea what else to write today. I have this small idea of an arc that comes next, but it is hazy, at best. Maybe today I will figure out what to write tomorrow and will be able to write more, to make up for the 1k that just doesn't seem to be coming to me. But, Anti-cake Dungeon Delving is 115 chapters long — now. So, I have that going for me. Which is nice.

Have you ever felt like you ran out of words before you did your daily quota? How did you handle it? Did you still force yourself to write?

... I just set my standart as high as 200 words per chap as a prank and upload them in daily.
So, I didn't have daily limit of how much I had to write.
But once I write, a few chapters for the future would be finished.

I read a book about how to overcome laziness in German yesterday. It was just 109 pages long, but I was happy I finished it in a day. Anyway, the gist was this: you have something to do? Just do it. Take as much as 10 minutes per day for your task, if you can't take more. And, punish yourself if you can't do what you planned to do in the time you planned to do it in.

Get a friend, the book used the name Tony for both genders, and promise them a large sum or to clean for them if you don't do your task. Personally, I use my personal promises to keep myself motivated to work, but, if the carrot doesn't work for you, use the stick.

I think if I'm too lazy to lean forward a bit, then I'm waaaaay too lazy to bother texting a friend about it, and the stick's even further away than the notebook
