Bugs Glossary Page's missing or doubling when being edited

About a week ago, I edited a Glossary page, and when I went to save the changes, but instead of updating the existing glossary page like it had done before, it instead created a completely new page.

Then, when I went to check one of my glossary pages today, when I was writing a new chapter, I found that one of my glossary pages (specifically the one I was looking for) was missing without me having done anything.

Is there any way to recover the glossary page? As I am currently not sure if I have a backup.

Hello, is this a bug you can recreate? It sounds you might have clicked "add" instead of "save" but I'm not 100% sure.

Did the whole glossary disappear or just an item? Also, which series are you referring to?

The name of the story is Reincarnated as a fox.

The item called cultivation realms disappeared.

For the doubling of the other item, I remember that I clicked on edit when I went to update it, and when I tried it just now by pressing add instead of save, no new item was created, and it instead gave me a blank page to create a new item.

I have not been able to recreate this bug as of yet as I have no idea what could have caused it.

However, I do remember that when I updated the item that was duplicated, it did not show it having duplicated immediately and only showed it a few days later.
