I'm looking at my stats, and I think maybe I'm seeing a sharp drop somewhere after the first few chapters but I'm trying to figure out where my audience is losing interest. Any insight would be helpful

Sometimes its hard to tell what causes it. Wish I had something better to tell you, but a lot of us worry about views.

All I can say is don't give up. Keep trying.

Usually the first chapter or two get a lot of activity, and then it drops to almost nothing until you hit about 20 chapters. People read one or two chapters to see if they want to see more, and then watch the story to see if it lasts long enough to be worth investing time in. At least that's what I have heard.
