I know everyone asks for feedback here, and I hate following trends, but I'm hoping some of you might take a look at my story despite how tedious that can be.
I'm struggling with how to categorize it. Is it fantasy? Yes, but it's not about power progression or epic quests. Mystery? Definitely, but not the edge-of-your-seat thriller kind. It's definitely not sci-fi or progression fantasy.
What is it then? At its heart, it's a story about friendship, loneliness, and finding where you belong.
The setting is a place I created called the Westering Isles—an isolated location that seems determined to keep its secrets (and apparently its reader count at zero, even if some of you might actually be from there and are just being sneaky about it).
If you have time to spare, I'd really appreciate any thoughts you might have. I'm hoping to maintain a consistent posting schedule moving forward.
Thanks for considering it.
