I have a sweet spot for Dryads and Nereids as well as Elements and their kin. Looks like I'm pretty spiritually inclined. ?

Catgirls mostly! Though the MGE mentioned in a previous comment certainly works.

Not a single one of those are hybrids though. Every one of them are the spirit or incarnation, meaning it's not combined with anything.

Dryads = spirit of a tree.
Nereids = spirit of a body of water
Elementals = an apparition, embodiment, or incarnation of an element

In my case, I tend to become fascinated with all the branching sub-types of elves, because there are quite a few lesser known sub-types, and I have even taken that to the extent of cross-breeding them.

In AD&D there was an elven sub-race known as grey-elves. In AD&D, they were their own race and not a hybrid, but they weren't really picked up by anyone. The only elven sub-race anyone these days seems to know about at all are dark elves. So, I decided, fine! I'm going to re-introduce grey-elves as a hybrid race of light elves and dark elves. Makes sense, right?

The "their kin" part imo includes everything that isn't pure spirit. So any kind of "impure" dryad like hemodryads, half-spirits and most fae (depending on lore).

The horny option, I see. I kind of like a lot of the designs, but the lore is meh, as far as I'm concerned.

Chimera in the general sense is probably a bit of a cop-out, given that it's basically a fancy umbrella-term for all hybrid creatures, even if we limit it to humanoid chimeras.
If pressed, I'd probably have to fall back on draconic hybrids, especially if we include Qilin hybrids in that.
