That sounds really tasty!For me it changes every couple of weeks to months. Currently, uh, I'm not sure how they're actually called, I know them as kokosanki which probably won't tell you anything, but they're basically a bunch of shredded coconut cooked with some adhesive (read: probably some fat and sugar, but I've honestly no idea) till it gets brownish.
