Extreme Horror, need some help with what's allowed.

Hi. I'm planning on working on an extreme horror story about a character being kidnapped by some murderers. This will be my first horror story, so obviously my first extreme horror story. I am not sure what's allowed on this site. I've already looked through the content guidelines, but I'd rather be safe than sorry and get in some sort of trouble. I obviously don't plan to glorify any of the things in it, but do plan to add gore and SA.

Also, on that topic, I was planning on trying dual POVs, one of the victim and one of the antagonist, but should I just stick to the victim so I make sure not to possibly seem like I'm making excuses (as a perpetrator might) for what they're doing.

I would stick to the victim. Writing from the POV of the bad guys could be interpreted as glorifying it, which could get you in trouble. Especially of readers begin reporting it.
