Exclude certain tags site-wide

Not sure if this will be easy to recommend, or even really necessary, but I would like a way to exclude certain tags site-wide and never see them show up in anything, be it in searches, recommendations, homepage, anything, unless I specifically searched for it (optional).

Like Harem, for example.

Release Filtering? Just discard tags u dont need and ull never see dem in main page.
Search overall also has ways to discard tags/genres u dont need.
