As a Great Witch, this honorable one despises evil people who never get their dues! How dare they evade justice! Only I am allowed to do that!
Anyway, so I want to read a novel where an evil mc does a bad thing, but it turns the tables on him/her painfully.
Example: evil Mary kidnaps a princess and replaces the princess with herself.
She then experiences an assassination.
Another example: evil Mary murders a hobo out of spite. The cops find out it was her because of the cameras and now she is on a run.

What I despise even more than unpunished evil people is redemption of evil people.
Show me a story where a geniunely bad person (not Heinz Doofenschmurts) continuously shoots themselves in the foot amd instead of learning to not be a bad person, they learn to not shoot themleves in the foot in this particular way.

You might like Maid to kill. It sorta fits that as it is loosely inspired by the french revolution.

I'm actually writing a novel like this, but I'm no where near any point where mc gets divine retribution. There was a manga I read that fits the criteria, but I can't remeber the name. Something Versailles.

That sounds like a weirdly political statement. While I do believe that liberal democracy is a cancer upon this world, the french revolution has been a necessary and unavoidable event in human history. Nothing I'd call evil
