Technically any story where there's a villain pair that doesn't get NTR'd is this, it's just... not the focus. Too much focus on the antagonists creates sympathy. Villain Protagonists either get this by default or get corrupted by their good natured love interest, so that's rather rare too.
Also, bad guys are usually too busy being abusive pricks to have cute lovey dovey moments. But there's always the Yanderes and the psychos that keep doing bad stuff just to prove their love to their evil lover. So it DOES happen.
Maybe I'll bring examples if I think of them later.
