If I remeber correctly the MC had a system where he collected his passive gains from dungeons he's conquered. I remember he was strong enough to leave the planet at some point. The author was trying to tie it to another story they were writing so they took a break and I lost the tab I was reading it in.
At a later point in the story I remember the MC obtained high end resources like a Law Fragment or something similar and a native of his planet contacted a evil man outside the planet who MC fought in the void outside the planet before going to conquer the dungeon the evil man was supposed to be guarding
