Forgotten Title Dragon invasion

Trying to find story I read a while ago about a guy who dies fighting dragons that invaded earth but somehow resets into his own body before the dragons invade so he can prepare. In the story dragons, magic, and mythical beings all existed on earth but during a great war a group of good dragons banished everything but the humans to an alternate dimension but they found a way back. The MC, after his reset, finds the last good dragon girl in a mana Crystal stasis and frees her and she helps him learn magic to fight against the evil dragons.

That isn't called good, but weirdly racist. Like in Soul of Negari, there were dinos who were like radical extremist animal rights activists towards humans...

Agreed. They seem absolutely monstrous for uprooting everything and sticking them in a whole ‘nother dimension just for humans.
