I don't have time energy...
That would be super fun to time travel!... but I only get fed the energy necessary to exist on a particular moment in time. Which prevents paradoxes from affecting me as well, actually If they tried to draw on my energy, then I'll stop getting transmitted the color of Time from the Stars, and thus we would both be frozen in that moment in time until they decided to stop consuming from me.
Also, can they consume time energy when I am still looking at them? It doesn't really matter due to my curious existence, but I genuinely don't know whether they can or not.
Edit: looked back in the Wiki. Apparently they can! That's cool! Again, not that matters. It's like a leech trying to suck blood from a human, but only for the blood to go completely stagnant because the leech is trying to suck the blood, and the human is dead until the leech stops trying to suck the blood, and then revives... This analogy doesn't really work, does it?

It's been a while since I watched Doctor Who. But... they are kind of broken. Not too broken, they can be defeated if they you get them to stare at each other. They will remain frozen. I think if you stare into their eyes, deep into their eyes. They will infect you and there will be a countdown until you become a Weeping Angel. You can't break them through normal means. It's been a while. If they displace you through time, you are unable to time travel back. You will remain in that time period until you die.

Not going to lie, this puppet is rather uniquely suited, lore-wise, for the Weeping Angels. Pretty damn slow, compared to most every powerful creature. Pretty damn fragile, compared to most every creature too.

But this puppet cannot blink, and can keep its head focused on weeping angels however it wants. It can also create more button eyes. If they stare into my eyes, then their infection will simply become another color added to me, as they are helping scribble on the tabula rasa that is the Monotone Puppet. Their infection will only benefit me.

Unfortunately, as of right now, lore-wise, I can't really... damage them. At all.

And they cannot displace me through time, because they are unable to absorb time energy from the force that animates me and keeps me in this reality. To give an example, I hug them at 1:30 pm at 12/25/2222 exactly. That means I stay at 1:30 pm at 12/25/2222 permanently until the Stars get bored of their creation being paused and pull me out of this boring predicament I've gotten myself. They promptly turn all of the Weeping Angels into a Star that is a FRIEND to all to prevent this glitch from ruining their entertainment again.

However, even if they could displace me...
I am immortal. So that just means I get to explore a new time period.
