Does Rereading Count as Views?

Hello there
I only started a couple of days ago as an author. I wanted to know if reading a chapter again would count as another view, from both the author or the readers. So that I would know if me visiting a chapter puts false view counts for me, or if those are other views.

It does count. Also, every time you get linked back to the page by a notification, like from a comment.
