I'd say when I did something unintentional 'Sorry, it's intentional', it earns me some chuckles.

Well, that's a weird catchphrase, but if it works for you, I guess we'll allow it.

“Yikes〜”
“Thank you thank you!” Or “Welcome welcome.” I find it fun to repeat words.

Responses I often give:
Person: “Yo, what’s up?”
Me: *Looks up and gestures vaguely at ceiling / sky*

Person: “I’m off to grab a drink.”
Me: “Cool, don’t drown.”

…

I used to have more fun things to insert into conversations… but then summer happened and I suddenly realize I haven’t really socialized with people (be it irl or online) in almost half a year. Sure I talk to people in the literal sense of the word, but all it amounts to is perfunctory poses of politeness and stale salutations born more from habit than intent.
