So, I've been looking for a story where MC gets a magical house that they can expand and decorate with points or stuff. They can enter it from anywhere, just like having a magical space.

By decorating their home, they can get various buffs that greatly help in their journey. So furniture items would be like the accessories that they can equip infinitely. If the house had a certain theme, it'd be like having a set bonus. Whether it's a small house, luxurious mansion or heavenly palace, they got their own unique buff. Probably how they design their living room, bedroom, bathroom etc as well.

The buffs can range from the basics like, increased health and mana regeneration while asleep. Increase recovery effect of the meals cooked, decrease fatigue while taking a bath--to passive health regeneration, instant death immunity, and even an extra life--for example.

If it's a game, it's also welcome.

Well it's basically like house flipper but you add rpg elements to it.

Skyrim has house building in it. It's pretty enjoyable, especially taking the time to cut all the lumber and decorate it yourself. Like animal crossing but with more wolf and giant attacks.

it's quite a relaxing game but i don't really like how it kept rushing me with their dragon and vampire attacks :/ it's quite a pain to keep my favorite npcs from dying.

Unless there's a mod that disables them so I can just take my time to do the main quest and dawnguard :D

Technically genshin impact but that is pretty far into the game and also pretty boring. Well, it was for me

There are a few mods that you can download through the Skyrim mod page on steam that disable dragons and other NPCs for the game. You would just have to search them.
