Conveying cartoon logic in text.

So I have an idea for a MHA type story where the main protagonist has the power of a cartoon.

Its just an idea but the part im struggling with is conveying cartoon logic in text.

Like how would you convey this scene in text

Any tips or pointers?

Theres a story MHA story called villain Notebook for the future where a side character have that power set without being too jarring

It was still too OP to be honest even with being unable to be lethal

I guess in writing, it's somewhere along with crack fics?

At the very least if you want to do it, you should avoid being ironic and embrace the weirdness of that cartoon logic power just for the sake of it.
