Alien Stage wrecked me a month or two ago. I still have trauma from that—I physically can't listen to the music or see the art, or I turn into a wreck.

Then today, my fav comedy novel hits me with a twist and cliffhanger. Suddenly the MC gets a free existensial crisis, the whole world is unraveled, and it turns out his effort in the entire novel was meaningless. And the author says they are going on break for a month.

I am desperate. I was already searching for as many comedy novels/slice of slice as I could, but now things are even worse. Dunno why authors are just addicted to sudden twist tragedies now. And it's alwayssss the well written novels. I stop reading CUZ I HATE TWIST TRAGEDIES.

You can self rec, do whatever. Just make me happy. No darkness. Just fluffiness. Silliness. Rom coms.

Ty. Will leave five star if the novel saves me from depression.

Sadly, while I've got two or three stories that have lots of fluffy, romantic comedy, they also have plenty of violence, murder, and graphic scenes.
Lighthearted, for the most part, but definitely on the gory side at times.

Either way;

I've got a school teacher who turns into a demon (succubus), who goes through a crazy road trip with her gay BFF, (in the first arc.) Lots of romance to be had in this one.

And I've got a 'found family' slice of life about a dude who gets dumped in an alternate reality, lots of adopted and wacky father-daughter bonding, as well as romance with mom. Also violence, but its few and far between.

Swear this is my last recommendation. World Keeper by Karami92. Action Adventure Comedy Slice of Life Fantasy Supernatural. I stopped for awhile because I was getting burnt out on the story. But I did read thru 600 or more of his chapters. 8 million views. 130000 fav. 1230 chapters 8700 readers 4.0 stars 900 reviews.

I will say that more people read World Keeper but more people disliked it. So it’s my high risk high reward suggestion while Dream engine and Blue Core/Paranoid Mage are more low risk medium to high reward depending on your tastes.

Oh almost forgot Paranoid mage got a comic adaptation on Webtoon along with one of my favorite novels ever Primal Hunter. Though I usually read them at https://www.mangaread.org/ because I don’t have to pay for coins that way. I hope Unbound gets one too soon.

World Keeper was sadly a no from me, yep. I remember trying that long ago. And I do not watch DC or Marvel. As in, I know nothing. I know the names of the more popular superheroes, (I know that Batman and Superman exist?) but that's all. For the other works, I searched them up and they gimme worrying tags, so I think I'll hold off, lmao.
