Dunno if anyone needs this but here:
(Note that the sites below are entirely in Chinese, so you'll have to translate back into English for pinyin and meaning. Also, I'm not a native Chinese speaker. So, if anyone is and finds these sources crap, please comment so I can edit it out lol. Sorry in advance for my poor handwriting too.)
Not as specific as the one above. Generates some other fantasy and country names, but I'm honestly not sure how they work (the meaning of the names are kinda lost in MTL).
On the left side of the page, you'll find a variety of Chinese name generators. The first category called 人名地名类 means People and Place Names which will be the only category I'll cover. The first two generators are the useful ones (Chinese and Japanese people names), but I'll leave the names of the other generators if you're curious.
Chinese name generator works basically the same as the one above. There's a (姓) field is for you to specify the surname character. The (名) field is if you have a specific first name. Then you can choose between a two-character (两字) or three-character name (三字), note that this means TOTAL CHARACTERS, surname and given name. Finally, you can choose between a male (男) or a female (女) name.
Almost the same as the first one. This one is quite nice due to all the options it gives you. It has other name generators I think are reliable too.
Well, that's pretty much it. I don't know if this will be helpful to any of you, but I personally found this stuff useful since figuring out Chinese names is always so time-consuming for me. I think of the three, the first and third generators are the most useful and reliable. The second one has more fantasy options, but, as I said earlier, they get lost in translation. Also, if you guys want to find more Chinese name generators just search "中文名字生成器." You can use Pleco or some other dictionary to navigate these sites with no Chinese knowledge.
Anyways, I'm gonna go lie down for a sec. I am 100% exhausted from this lol.

Chinese Name Generator 1 (people names only)
https://www.qqxiuzi.cn/zh/xingming/When you click on the link above, you should be led to a site that looks like this. The first three options at the top of the page are the surname options, given name options, and the number of names that will be generated, respectively. The bottom field is where all the generated names will appear.
Let's start with the surname options. In the green field, you'll find the rarity options, and in the white field, you'll see the options for the length of your surname. From left to right, the options are unlimited (generates surnames of any rarity), common (one of the top 100 surnames in China), and rare. In the white field, from left to right, the options are a 1 character long surname, 2 characters long surname, or a specific surname.
If you choose the last one (specify), a blank field will pop up for you to type in the surname(s) in mind. Like so:
Now, onto the given name options. The green field is where you choose the gender of the name (masculine or feminine, respectively). The white field, like the surname options, specifies the length of your given name (one character long or two characters long, respectively).
Finally, decide how many names you want to generate. Pretty self-explanatory, just enter a number in the field and click the generate button at the bottom.
The names you generate will all be in Chinese, so you'll have to use Google Translate (or Pleco, Yabla, YellowBridge, etc.) to figure out the pinyin or meaning of the name if you don't know Chinese.

These are the translated instructions that appear at the bottom of the page. Parentheticals were added by me.
Name generator operating instructions
Last name options (姓氏)
Unlimited (不限): Randomly generate last names.
Common (常贝): One-character surnames are randomly selected from the top 100 surnames with the largest population in the sixth national census; two-character surnames are randomly selected from existing multiple surnames.
Rare (稀有): one-character surnames are randomly selected from surnames with a small population; two-character surnames are randomly selected from ancient two-character surnames.
At the same time, you can select whether the number of surnames is one word (一字) or two words (两字); if you select "Specify" (指定), enter the surname in the text box, and multiples are separated by spaces.
Given Name option (名字)
Most of the time, the name can distinguish the gender of a person. Here you can choose a (男) male name or a (女) female name. At the same time choose whether it is a one-character (一字) or two-character (两字) name.
Quantity input box (数量____个)
Set the number of names generated at one time, up to 2000.
Regarding the compound surname: the compound surname consists of two or more characters, usually two characters. Most of the surnames have a long history, and even many surnames are no longer used today. In the last name option, select "common" and then "two characters", it can be seen that there are still people using double surnames today. In addition, in modern double surnames, there is also a form of combining one-letter surnames to form a new double surname. For example, the father's surname is Hu, the mother is surnamed Yang, and the daughter's name is Hu Yang Xiaoyue. This method of naming is also supported in household registration management, which can effectively reduce the probability of duplicate names in countries with large populations.

Chinese Name Generator 2 (less specific, some fantasy generators)
https://www.xuanpai.com/tool/namesNot as specific as the one above. Generates some other fantasy and country names, but I'm honestly not sure how they work (the meaning of the names are kinda lost in MTL).

In order the generators in this category are:
- [中文] - Chinese people names (just Google Translate names back to English to see pinyin/meaning).
- [日文] - Japanese people names (TBH I recommend you use the Jisho Dictionary for Japanese names, but you can take inspiration from the ones here as well).
- [英文] - English names (just go to Behind the Name or Fantasy Name Generators for this lol).
- Martial arts generator (not sure how this one works tbh)
- Country generator (ex. Westland Federation or 西岚联邦 or Xilan Federation)
- [Eastern] English place generator (this is basically useless unless you're writing in Chinese)
- [Fantasy] English place generator (ex. Asa Marsh)
- [Fantasy] World name generator (ex. Manoroc County)
- Western fantasy nobility titles (ex. The Great Duke of the Half Moon and Full Moon)
Chinese Generator 3 (just people names)
https://www.qmsjmfb.com/Almost the same as the first one. This one is quite nice due to all the options it gives you. It has other name generators I think are reliable too.
You can choose between different generators through the colored buttons at the very top of the screen. In order, they are: Chinese name generator, English name generator, Korean name generator, Japanese name generator, name analyzer, game ID name generator, and names based on idioms generator.
From left to right, the options for the Chinese name generator are: Specific surname (empty field for you to enter specific character if you choose to), surname length, given name length, gender, dictionary (not sure about this one), and the number of names generated. Finally, to the far right is the generate button.
The line of text under these options translated says: Enter the last name, such as "wenren", you can specify the last name, if you need a random last name, please leave the last name blank! You can choose one-character or two-character names, male names, female names, and fill in the number of generations! If you are not satisfied, click repeatedly to generate.
Surname length. Options from top to bottom: Unspecified (any length), single character, or compound/two-character surname.
Given name length. Unspecified (any length), single character, or two-character name.
Gender. Unspecified (either gender), male, or female
Dictionary. I think the options here are for the time period of the name (lower the option the older the name?). Not sure, but the first option should be the default/modern age names. Either way, just stick to the default option and test this field out for yourself lol.
Number of names. Enter the number of names you want to generate.
(I ran out of space to attach images, but just remember that all the options listed above are from TOP TO BOTTOM in the drop-down box just like the first image. Don't worry, your big boi brain will figure it out since it's similar to the first one. Just remember that 不限 means unspecified/unlimited.)

Other resources:
Some very helpful dictionaries/translators I may have mentioned earlier. Some can be used for languages other than Chinese.
- Google Translate - the classic, quick translator for all your naming needs.
- Pleco - probably the best Chinese dictionary, only for mobile though
- Yabla
- YellowBridge Chinese-English Dictionary
- LINE Dictionary
- Jisho - the best Japanese dictionary, VERY helpful for figuring out Japanese names since it has a dedicated tag for them
- Etymonline - great for figuring out the etymology of names and building some from scratch, western
Some great name generators/sites that will help you with place names, people names, thing names, etc. TBH I don't know many because I typically just stick to dictionaries and select a few generators to satisfy my needs.
- Fantasy Name Generators - can't have a name generator list without this one lol
- Behind the Name- another classic name site, has its own name generator tool as well
- List of common Chinese surnames
- List of common Chinese given names
- RinkWorks Name Generator
