Can't see highlighting text in dark mode on forums

When you're typing a reply on the forum, you can barely see what you highlight.

Spoiler: Example

The text is highlighted, but it's hard to see.
I think the highlight color should be changed to either be darker or much lighter. Something that doesn't blend in that well with the background.

Try turning up the contrast on your monitor.

Edit: I know this isn't a solution but it should help.
