Can't Access a Fic

Hi,

I've been reading this fic which is a translation of a Korean webnovel. The fic has released over 200 chapters so far. About 3 days ago, I began getting a 404 error when attempting to access the fic, whether that be the main page of the fic or a specific chapter. I was also unable to search the fic in the search box.

I had originally thought that maybe the fic violated the TOS for some reason and was removed. But I was still getting notifications that the author was posting new chapters. So then I thought maybe the fic got removed from the homepage/search results for being a translation. My understanding is that translations are allowed to be hosted on Scribblehub but are removed from the homepage/search results so readers have to access them through a direct link. But I still get a 404 error when trying to access the fic through the chapter update notifications.

Honestly, not sure what's going on here. If the fic violated the TOS, I assume it wouldn't let new chapters get posted. If the fic was just removed from the homepage/search results then I should still be able to access it.

Huh that's super weird. If they deleted it, why is it still being updated and why do notifications still go through?

The only answer I could think of for that is that it's 'blocked in your country' or that you're using a VPN. I don't think that's the case, though.

Nope, good ole US of A here and no VPN. I've tried accessing over a few different Wi-Fi networks too.

I know you can unpublish chapters, but I don't know how to unpublish a story's main page. I think that's what the user did.
