I just read some MTL novel, and it's quality is very worse for me, so I thought of translating those novel, and upload here? If I can't, then is there any other website where I can do translating or if I can then what should I pay attention to it?

You can host the translations on SH, but they won't be visible on the latest update page and should be hidden from search and other site pages. TLs are officially listed on NU, SH mother site.

I think that's mainly covered in Novel Updates and other translator sites. Scribblehub is an English site and is stated as such in its rules. I don't know of any other websites for translations though. Someone here will probably.

Try and get into contact with whomever owns the rights. Typically a novel will have a company or “group” that helped publish it and the author (from many chinese/korean novels I have seen). Either way I wouldn’t recommend doing it on this website because it is for English speaking/fluent writers who are starting out. Try WebNovel or something else (preferably something else because WebNovel is almost cancerous) if you are going to.

As a general rule, translators work FROM documents in a language that they have learned, and translate them INTO their native language. Translation the other direction is generally suboptimal, and results may be no better than machine translation. It is just unfortunate that so few English-speaking people ever bother to learn to read other languages, which reduces the number of people who can translate foreign works into English writing of good quality.

You can host the novels, just specify that they’re translations beforehand to make it easier for Tony to do his magic on novels that are considered translations.

The translated novel will not be shown on the “Trending”, “Latest Updates”, or through the search feature. Readers will only be able to access the novels from direct links, like: direct link to novel page or direct link to novel chapter.
