Hi all, just an idea but I think it would be cool if someone builds on it and makes something of this.
There exists a bureau or organization that is in charge of all life and rebirth. The organization is split into multiple departments.
The judging department picks and assigns people to be assasinated and reborn into a different life. The life the person is reincarnated into is based on their previous life actions and will possibly be allowed cheats in their next life like memories or possessing magical manuals etc. I imagine this department to be eccentric with people experimenting with multiple hilarious rebirth conditions.
The death departments is in charge of assasination and cleaning up. I picture this department to consist of many truck drivers and a few creative assassins that murder, use arson, and accidents to help people transmigrate and get reborn. They also clean up the family's memory to not miss the chosen individual and not ask questions about the many deaths occurring.
The system department consists of systems that will be assigned to help a person. I imagine this as a call center where all systems sit at a desk looking at live feeds of people's lives and giving them advice/cheats on missions through voice call.
I haven't thought of other departments but it will be cool if the protagonist is a member of one of these departments and we get to see the antics of each department.
