Introducing Carpenter - the revolutionary AI-powered desktop app that's about to transform your creative writing process. Leveraging the advanced capabilities of the Claude family of language models, Carpenter streamlines and enhances your storytelling journey from concept to completion.

Key Features:
• XML document creation
• Scene revision and expansion
• Intelligent text shortening
• Seamless story continuation

Carpenter doesn't replace your creativity - it amplifies it. Simply input a summary of your scene, and watch as our sophisticated AI expands upon your ideas, weaving them into rich, detailed narratives.

? Join our growing community of innovative writers! Get access to the download link by joining our Discord: https://discord.gg/UQWSnH2nV2

Currently in Alpha/Beta stage, Carpenter is free to use during development. Once fully functional, it will be available for a one-time purchase of just 1 euro!

To use Carpenter, you'll need an OmniGPT subscription ($16). However, I'm actively seeking additional AI providers to partner with Carpenter officially. If you're a provider interested in integrating your backend with Carpenter, please contact me directly via Discord.

Remember my comprehensive guide on using Claude LLMs for storytelling? (https://forum.scribblehub.com/threa...iting-the-ultimate-comprehensive-guide.19236/) Carpenter takes those concepts and packages them into a sleek, user-friendly application designed to supercharge your writing process.

Note: While OmniGPT is not an official provider, their service can still be linked. However, they won't provide direct support for Carpenter.

It's funny in doing a Google search for the thing I actually ran into a few references to AI carpenters I was like dang them too? I thought only intellectual jobs could be replaced with the current developments in AI. I've been messing around more with AI and until it can have its own motivations I don't think its writing is going to be any good

You're doing all the writing with this tool. You're writing summaries. The AI just expands your summaries. It's not 'writing' instead of you, it's writing for you.

No.

Please stop being insulting.
Yes.

Please stop being ignorant. I have already proven it can copy the author's writing styles and prose, there's nothing stopping it from writing exactly like you in those expanded summaries.

I am sorry, but it is what it is, there's no level of copium that will allow anyone to prove otherwise.

I have finally pried open the gates on the gatekeeping that vocabularies, writing styles and months upon months of specific research drive between those who have and those who have not - the education nor time to read, to write their own stories with their ideas via detailed summaries. I have done it, and it is writing, whose writing? Well.

To be quite dystopian. It could be yours.

That is a horrible idea. I'm wordy enough as it is - a computer copying my style would write the freakin' encyclopedia. Per chapter.

For artists and directors who want to craft a story that doesn't focus on words, this is a fine tool to use. However, as a pantser, I'd rather not inhibit my writing ability, especially if my readers are used to my tailored diction and tone.

This is a decent tool for beginner writers who have ideas but don't know where to start. But you're bullshitting yourself if you use this and have the audacity to call yourself an author without putting in the work.

You can maybe call yourself a co-author, lol.

I agree partially with you. However. It can copy your diction and tone with confidence.
where can I test it?
