By now you will have noticed all the representings on the forum, some more than others. Already I can see that many have fallen by these my fellow dragons.

Lust lured you here to this place
Sloth lulled you to stay
Wrath afflicted your emotions
Envy is in your hearts, endeed
Greed gathered you up in a hoard
Gluttony then devoured you
Pride enslaves you to deny these truths

At the same time the Virtues also rose up, but even their exemplifications have not prevailed for your salvation.

Your faith in yourself is misplaced
But that never stopped you from trying​

Whether you scramble to survive or embrace the darkness, your destruction is imminent.
There is only one way to survive.
I will not tell you the way.

Describe the apocalypse or end of the world, and how one character (either you or a stand-in) is endeavoring in the midst of utter annihilation.

I guess the apocalypse would be:

The moon has cracks on it's surface and is exponentially closer to Earth. All artificial lights cease operation and the dazzling stars radiate above our heads. The nights are longer and more beautiful. One look at the night sky could calm the hearts of both good and evil alike. If one could stare at it for eternity then all would choose to do so.

Of course anarchy and other human related issues would occur.

Frequent earthquakes and explosions due to the moon's distance away from Earth plus the rising tides near the coastlines. Oh and can't forget about volcanos, so maybe Yellowstone might erupt, who knows. The lack of internet would force people to huddle up together.

Vertis would be on the roof of a skyscraper, looking at the night sky before slowly dying of asphyxiation due to volcanic ash. Or if Vertis has countermeasures for that, freezing due to low temperatures or dying of thirst because they can't drink the ash polluted water. Regardless, it would be slow and agonizing.
Or maybe Vertis jumps, who knows.

What kind of apocalypse? Are we talking about the classic zombie kind? What kinda zombies? Genetic mutation, virus, parasitic fungi, or just sudden unexplained stuff, etc... and are we going by the Chinese version that has superpowers, old version from the 2000s, or the modern version irl, where the rich hide in bunkers with electricity?

Orrrrr are we talking about global warming, sun exploding, laws of physics falling apart, alien or robot invasion, government dystopia that's gone so far that everyone's dead, horror stories coming to life, humans going mad, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy style world ending, Cthulhu style world ending, animals and plants turning into monsters, mythological Armageddon, etc?

What apocalypse? Don't be ridiculous. There is no apocalypse. The apocalyse is a myth. It never actually happened.

Huh? Books about living on the surface? Give those to me. Those are just fantasies written by people with too much time on their hands. The surface was never habitable for humans in the first place. We've always lived underground in these bunkers.

About the loss of contact with our sister bunkers? That's completely natural. Our scientists predicted a big electromagnetic storm, and that's temporarily cutting off communication with them. Nothing bad has happened to them, they're all fine. It'll blow over soon, and then we can communicate to them again.

Now, how about you do something useful with your brain, instead of thinking about all these nonsensical ideas hmm? How about you go and check on the vegetable growth in over at the hydroponics chambers? Good. Now run along, and don't think about unnecessary things like this fictional apocalypse.

The world is fine. Everything is as it always has been. Don't worry about it, and don't think about it. Just leave the thinking to us.

OKAY!!! SO suppose you wake up in a room with with 7 people all of them have tattooed with different sins names. But the prob? You don't remember anything. There's a TV in the room saying that the apocalypse have dawned, and you all must survive to escape the place you guys are stuck in. The place? An asylum on an unknown island. You all are actually admitted to the asylum under different circumstance and those staffs are very shady. Now before the virus spread to the island, you all must find out the past and get the hell from that place cuz day after day..... a brand-new corpse or corpses is/are found.
