do some stretches twice a day, and if you can, I would advise going to the gym a few times a week. At the very least you should get some exercise, a light walk will do wonders to loosen your back if you have to sit down for long periods of time.

Ohhh, that's good to hear. I don't know you but I'm happy that you recovered from that. :blob_aww:
The option for a chiropractor always goes over my head. I'll keep it in mind if my unconscious shrimping leaves severe repercussions in the future.
2 things there tends to be a long wait to get scheduled into a good chiropractor they'll also probably take X-rays and the second thing is that it's always better to take care of this before it becomes a server problem seeing a chiropractor now is better as it acts as a preventative to any serious future issues

So now you are a slender lazy cunt or a fat energetic cunt?
Slender lazy. With random bouts of energy due to a sugar imbalance.
But I do exercise.
Well theres your problem. You skip leg day

And, I got nobody to call me cunt. :blob_catflip:
The best posture is your next one. Move around and let your baby nurse from your other breast. Try different positions:

Will do, once I get a baby. And breasts. :blob_teehee:

Circumstances prevent me from going to the gym. I'll do some light walks instead, thanks!

Slap a salonpas. Idk. Not a doc.
The posture sometimes make it come back and it takes bit to go away after correcting the posture.

I often go to massage parlors and spas, but nowadays, I don't really get any backache because I'm already used to sitting too long for like ten years? Moreover, walking using a sitting posture and doing crunch exercises for an hour helps soothe the backaches.

I'm not financially sound enough to go to spas rn, so I'll go with the second choice.
Walking with a sitting posture.
