Honestly, I don't regret anything I wrote. Even though it might be painful to read nowadays.
In fact, I often treasure that stuff as my first steps and enjoy that I have at least somewhat grown as a writer...

Stuff that I regret posting on the internet would have been more private stuff on the internet. Nothing like phone numbers or address or such, but stuff people used to attack me like relationship details or thoughts on certain topics. Grew up in a well-sheltered environment and that was the price I had to pay to learn that a lot of people will become assholes if they can get away with it...

I wrote a seventy page story that was pure woman bashing. Didn't recognize it as a problem until nearly a year later, when I broke up with my gf and quit drugs. Some of the most malignant shit I've ever written, and I die a little inside everytime I read it.

Especially since I didn't post anything yet.

Ok, maybe that I'm turning my protagonist into some self-aware parody of a Shoujo-villain-turned-MCs-love-interest. You know, the prettyboy with fancy costume, acting all "UOHHH, Imma so mysterious!!!!" while swagging around the plot.

I'm letting my MC do the same. And he's enjoying it in secret. But he'll deny it if ever asked xD

I posted my first two chapters pretty much unedited and it took hours to fix up both.
