Not sure if this counts as a proper writing prompt but I have at least 3 variations of this idea.

1. Your good ol' transmigration novel. MC ends up in the body of the daughter of a former-wife-now-demoted-to-concubine and decides to stand up for herself but falls in love with the "villainess", super beautiful first daughter of the now-elevated-concubine-to-wife. Then scheming occurs as usual but because of MC's weird behavior villainess starts suspecting that she actually loves her and confronts mc in an almost japanese kabedon! Mc confesses and villainess who's happy to find the leverage over the mc starts to use her feelings and lowkey flirts with her each time to make her do things but soon enough finds herself also falling in love and their interaction turns super awkward and fluffy with all the blushing and stuff
2. Pretty much the same setting but mc is the super shameless type while the villainess is the easily embarrassed type. The moment mc falls in love with the villainess she starts to woo her at every moment. Here the tension comes not from the regular inner harem scheming but from them being soon sent to marry other men and figuring out how to be together.
3. Again same setting but this time the villainess is the reincarnator and comes from the future where she is killed by the (original) mc while transmigrated mc is obviously a different person. New mc falls in love with villainess and tries to get close to her but the villainess is super scared and tries to avoid her by all means

Maybe a mix of 1 and 3? Regressed villainnes and transmitted MC (kinda like a novel on NU but I forget the name).

Why would the villainnes be scared if she has knowledge of the future? Aren't most transmigation novels about people who lost in their "previous life" but returned to the past in order to succeed/optional revenge?

What's special about the MC other than that she's transmigated? Is Earth's knowledge going to help her out? More compassionate/science/martial arts/business.

I would make that a variation of 3.
There are several reactions to getting a second chance, one being wanting to leave peacefully as far as possibly from the person who led you to your doom, second being wanting revenge and the third being wanting to redo everything, destroy your enemy and live peacefully after that.
Just assume that the villainess in the 3rd took the first attitude.

Scared of going down the same path so she tries to avoid mc by all means.
I was also thinking of making the setting be inside of a transmigration "novel" so mc ends up transmigrating not as the actual character in the story but the transmigrated character itself. Basically transmigrated as the person who transmigrated into the story (according to the canon story in the "novel") . Or to make it simple transmigrated in place of the original person who was supposed to transmigrate and utterly destroy all the cannon fodders.
Hmm is it too complicated to make sense of?

That's up to the writer imo. I'm not a good writer so I'd make her a regular modern person (maybe more compassionate) but somebody who's a better author could give her any kind of attributes.
