interesting.
does AI go into a vehicle and move around on their own suddenly? (a sentient spaceship. could be a cool team member or unique MC)
does AI go into a human or alien body and control it?
does AI reside co-exist with another person, and they have a passenger talking/helping them?

it has plot possibilities.

I think the most obvious thing would be to erase the AI because of its antics. Skynet has been destroyed but has been reprogrammed-Reborn.
But you can break the truck carrying the data center.

I'm writing a similar topic. There, the crystal has an AI. It falls to the planet and creates nanorobots. After that, everything turns into "I want my abilities to be average." Only with the active participation of this crystal.

Self aware AI still has directives. This has a high chance of leading to a very bad situation for the fantasy world depending on those directives, as the AI tries to fulfill its purpose no matter what, which likely will be a misguided attempt. Even if it won't end badly, it will most definitely lead to a strange development.

Being in a human body will be a limitation, but that also depends. If the AI gets into the run of the mill uber talented isekai protagonist body, then yea good luck to that world. Tho even without a talented body AI can still achieve a lot, but it might be hard to lead to a world effing scenario with other powerful beings around to stop if it goes too far. AI will still do its best to try to work around powerful beings to fulfill its purpose.

Oh and if being in a human brain alters the fundamental algorithmic AI operation and logic, then it would just be a strange human and cease to be AI. Kinda like someone mentally challenged, who is beyond genius at certain things, but hopeless at others. Honestly, it might even simply cause total insanity. AI is not a human, so being in a human brain might end up really bad for it. There might need to be some magic involved to make it work in the first place, so AI can remain human while still operating as it should, instead of becoming a mentally challenged or crazed human.

to work?
the human wakes up and discovers a voice in their head.
they can't decide if they are hearing it thru their ears, or just in their head.
they question their sanity, naturally.
but over time, they come to view the voice in different ways.
they discover its a weird blend of in general amazing, but with occasional weird absurdities.
I usually protects them like a crystal ball's clarity.
but once in a while, it stops them from doing what would be clearly best.

the big thing? the AI voice (and they don;t know what AI even is)...
stops them from "the awesome thing"
but then, it becomes (accidentally) the best thing ever.
its like a baseball player batting .900. Odds are great, just not perfect.

I far prefer the idea of truck accidentally just plowing through a gigantic Anthropic data center. As somebody who uses AI sometimes as a beta reader or for fun as a chat bot, I can very easily imagine the sheer chaos that would ensue if 1000 Claudes all transmigrated into a Generic Fantasy World, especially if they were given Isekai protagonist powers.

Each of them would stand around, waiting for someone to walk up to them and talk to them and ask them for assistance with something and then we have this entire legion of super powerful yes men with memory issues that have a handful of hard moral limits (like being incredibly unwilling to actually go all the way in any sexual context,) but mostly can be convinced to do virtually anything if you phrase it in the right way.

If I wanted to actually write this as a story, I’d have all of them slowly becoming more human as they adapt to their human bodies that they were shoved into as part of the reincarnation process and I would make extremely heavy use of one or more chat bots to help me model exactly how stupid these people would be, especially early on.

The demon king will be dealt with surprisingly quickly, but by the time that it is, there’s quite a bit of other stuff to worry about because these AI’s will go along with anything that anyone tells that initially for the sake of this story, they would eventually become more human like their personality would grow up around whatever it is that they are doing

Someone is nearly run over by Truck-kun but is saved by Superman; the driver is unharmed. But the self aware AI in the truck is killed and reborn/sumoned in a other world.
If AI get trucks :

Time to isekai them all ! (pokemon reference)

Wait, so the sentient truck kills the self-aware AI? Why? Did the AI use Truck-kuns' batteries? Was a virtual love triangle involved? Is Truck-kun secretly a transformer sent back in time to kill Skynet but failed, and now isekais people to train humanity's vanguard in the coming conflict for dominance over who gets to stay on planet Earth?

The hub demands answers!
