Add the ability to categorize glossary things more

I.e. Allow authors to put all of their characters, locations, etc that pertain to a specific volume or arc in a category to prevent spoilers.

This is already possible.

Go into the glossary, click 'Add new Item', then where it says 'Category', click 'Add'. Label by Volume.

Well this is sort of what I want. But I mean an overarching box. I.E I have a vol 1 category that contains a character subcategory, location subcategory, etc. Whatever the case, I can work with what's available.
