Add More Robust Chapter Scheduling Systems

The current scheduling system requires manually selecting a specific date for each chapter several layers deep within the UI, which is extremely tedious when scheduling multiple chapters. There should be a feature within each story which lets you set a number of chapters to be released in order in any time interval at a chosen time of day.

You have to add new chapters anyway manually, and if you can't click on the schedule button and select its time you want it to appear, I doubt you even have the patience to write a proper chapter.

checks profile…

uploads MTL novel…

Ah. No more questions.

Translations are not allowed here per content guidelines, so thanks for basically self-reporting~

Oh, is that so? I just saw a ton of translations constantly posted on this site, and this specific light novel has a years-old worse dead MTL on here as well, so I assumed it was fine. I’m not sure why this discussion on UI has just become talking about the mediocre LN I’m translating on a whim though? This just seems like a very normal feature that a typical writer would want as well, but I suppose you’re all too good for UI design.

Those are money hungry people who pretend to be the authors of those mtl so that they get donations from gullible people. It’s not allowed at all.

Also this feature would benefit only a small portion of authors who have tons of chapters in queue or those who cross post from another site. Pantsers will have absolutely no use for this.

I agree though that the scheduling interface could be revamped.

when you're loading up release chapters, yeah, it gets a bit tedious. You have to keep getting the exact "next day, next day" date down. The same time down. And if you're loading up say ten chappies? A honest mistake on chapter 2, now ripples through and you have to adjust 8 more dates. the ability to just pick a TIME would be nice enough.
