Hello guys, I need help as I just got back from IRL Civil Service Exam and then found my account got banned for no reason whatsoever. I didn't do literally anything socially interactive for the past 10 months or so (commenting, reacting etc.) but do the automated release. Sure I am a translator, that I do admit it publicly and being transparent about but I only have a single series up and it's very niche. Then most of the time is I just use the site as a file repository and I do need those text files please admin.

Translations are not allowed on SH. Never were, never will.

As for your files… you should still be able to pull them from the author dashboard, but they cannot be viewed by any other means.
