Ability To Change What Readers See Depending On Which Theme They Use

This feature would be so useful to me as someone who likes to color-code things. If I feel that a system notification would look best in amber in dark mode, but deep blue would look better on the default one, then I want to choose both. This would help me give the best possible experience for my readers.

My best friend is really picky about the colors of the text and background she's reading. Her eyes are sensitive to too much light or something. Getting to more fully customize the theme would be a great feature for her.
