The world background is modern (china?)
At first, only her classmates can hear her thoughts, until one day homeroom teacher(?) came and suddenly the teacher too
The MC is a reincarnator(?)

That sounds almost like one of the abandoned plot threads in, I think it was, Confessions of a Revenge Queen, an audio novel my wife listened to. They kept forgetting that she could project thoughts, or that she could sometimes read them, for about forty chapters, and then that power suddenly returned like "Oh right, she can do that..."
