The main character was over weight, and he had a system on modern day earth. I believe it was Chinese. One scene I remember is he used the system to improve his drawing skills. He was live streaming, and chat was going crazy about his drawing speed.

It‘s called; NEET Receives a Dating Sim System.
It’s very fun if you like slice of life and wish-fulfillment story. Though, the mc is kind of annoying around the later chapters.
He’s technically a Japanese harem protagonist, with a slightly “I don’t give a fuck” kind of vibe.
The difference is that, he’s not abused by girls, rather, all girls fall for him and idolize him.
And, he’s not dense!
Though, as I said. He’s still one of those Japanese harem protagonist. He refuses to date anyone for hundreds of chapters, which is kind of annoying but still bearable.
