‘Mind-Slaughter’ Game

Looking for a story that involves both villain and hero(or can be villain vs villain) that are op to an EXTENT and both have an IQ of 9000. Neither of the characters are flat, and both play some sort of cops and robber game. Both want to kill each other in a ’strategic’ way.
Bonus if it’s Comedic Thriller, and/or Isekai..ehehh.
